1. Copyright & Ownership
All images displayed in this Pixieset collection are the exclusive property of Eye of Primus Photography and are protected under international copyright laws. The Photographer retains all rights, title, and ownership of the photographs.

2. Usage Rights (Personal Use Only)
Upon purchasing or receiving digital files, you are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license for personal, non-commercial use only.

• Permitted: Printing photos for personal display, sharing on personal social media, and sharing with friends/family.

• Prohibited: Selling the images, using them for commercial purposes, editing/altering the images (including applying filters or re-editing), or entering them into contests without written permission from Eye of Primus Photography.

• New Clause: Professional or Commercial Use

  3. Professional & Commercial Use
  Any use of these images for professional, commercial, or promotional purposes—including but not limited to business websites, advertising, LinkedIn, marketing materials, or publication in any media—is strictly prohibited without the express written consent of Eye of Primus Photography.

  • Requesting Permission: If you wish to use an image professionally, you must submit a written request detailing the intended use.

  • Commercial Licensing: At the Photographer’s discretion, a separate Commercial License and additional fee may be required.

  • Third-Party Vendors: If other vendors (e.g., florists, venues, makeup artists) wish to use these images for their own professional promotion, they must contact the Photographer directly to obtain proper licensing and high-resolution files.

3. Social Media & Crediting
When sharing photos on social media, you are encouraged to credit Eye of Primus Photography. You may not edit, crop, or alter the images to remove watermarks, nor apply Instagram/filters that change the artistic intent of the original photo.

4. Gallery Expiration & Backup
This gallery will remain active for 60 days from the date of delivery. It is the client’s sole responsibility to download and backup their images to multiple locations (e.g., hard drive, cloud storage) within this timeframe. Eye of Primus Photography is not responsible for storing images after the gallery has expired and cannot guarantee file recovery after that date.

5. Print Orders
While you may print your images elsewhere, Eye of Primus Photography cannot guarantee the quality or color accuracy of prints produced by third-party labs. For optimal results, print through the integrated store within this Pixieset gallery, which uses professional-grade labs.

6. Final Sale & No Refunds
Due to the digital nature of the product, all sales of digital downloads and print products are final. No refunds will be provided once the gallery is delivered.

7. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing this gallery, downloading images, or placing an order, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions.
